Codebrowsing mit Dokumentation in PHP-Dateien ohne Editor

Viele kennen den PHPDoc-Generator, der anhand von Kommentarblöcken eine Menge von HTML-Seiten generiert und verknüpft um die Dokumentation größerer Projekte zu erreichen.

Noch etwas weiter geht das Projekt PHPXref.
Hier werden nicht nur die Kommentare extrahiert, sondern der gesamte Code in HTML-Dateien dargestellt und um Hilfe beim lesen der Dokumentation angereichert.

Textual smileys will be replaced with graphical ones.
Each email address will be obfuscated in a human readable fashion or (if JavaScript is enabled) replaced with a spamproof clickable link.
