Beispiel zum Exceptionhandling in PHP in Wikipedia ergänzt

Um auch PHP nicht zu kurz kommen zu lassen, habe ich ein Beispiel zum Exceptionhandling in Wikipedia ergänzt.

Derzeit wartet die Änderung noch auf eine Überprüfung.
