Linktipp: Slides: Scrum & Kanban im Agenturgeschäft

Über die folgenden Slides bin ich heute zufällig gestolpert und fand einige Aspekte durchaus interessant, sodass sie meinen heutigen Linktipp für Entwickler bilden:

Einige Aspekte, die mir besonders aufgefallen sind und die ich daher hervorhebe (und erweitere):

Keine kostenfreien Vorleistungen & Abrechnung nach Aufwand (sehr interessanter Aspekt!!)
Fluss der Arbeit visualisieren (Whiteboard, (Workflow-Management), Charts, ...)
Menge angefangener Arbeit begrenzen
Wenige aber aussagekräftige und feste Regeln für den Prozess
Mitarbeiter einbeziehen und unterstützen, Open Spaces statt geschlossener Meetings => TEAM!
Fehler akzeptieren, daraus lernen und sie als natürlich und positiv ansehen
Streben nach Weiterentwicklung bringt Spaß und Erfolg!

Diese Punkte sind natürlich nichts neues oder mir unbekannt, als Essenz/ Zusammenfassung für mich aber die interessantesten Aussagen. Die meisten entsprechen sogar exakt unserer Philosophie bei webks: websolutions kept simple.

Insgesamt eine inhaltlich sehr gelungene Präsentation als Einstieg ins Thema.
