Microsoft Office Word - Alle Felder Aktualisieren

Um in Microsoft Office Word alle Felder zu aktualisieren (beipsielsweise Inhaltsverzeichnisse, Tabellenverzeichnisse, ...) kann folgende Tastenabfolge verwendet werden:

Strg + A (Alles markieren)

und dann

F9 (Alle Felder aktualisieren)

Da ich den entsprechenden Button in Word noch nicht gefunden habe und den Shortcut immer wieder suchen muss, hier die Memo an mich selbst.
Vielleicht könnt ihr damit ja auch einmal was anfangen.
