Drupal 7 - Whaaaaaooo!!!

Ich bin gerade auf die Liste der Änderungen in Drupal 7 gestoßen:

Eigentlich wollte ich ja nur einen kurzen Blick werfen, aber ich konnte einfach nicht aufhören die Liste bis zum Ende zu lesen.

Es wurden endlich viele Dinge bedacht, die in Drupal 6 noch stark gestört haben oder zumindest dafür gesorgt haben, dass man teilweise mehrfach überlegen musste, wie man etwas löst. Auch die meisten "Basis-Probleme" werden nun endlich behoben, wie beispielsweise die Möglichkeit, dass sich Benutzer auch wieder selbst löschen können.

Auch die Verlagerung der "ehemaligen" CCK-Felder in den Kern ist eine Klasse Sache und ich hoffe, dass an dieser Stelle auch viele unbedingt nötige Möglichkeiten, wie beispielsweise die gemeinsame Wiederholung von Feldgruppen bedacht wurde.

Insgesamt scheint mir bei Drupal 7 wieder ein Schritt mehr auf Stimmigkeit des Gesamtkonzepts geachtet worden zu sein. Großartig! ISt ja fast wie im Traum, ich kann das Release kaum erwarten. Schade, dass viele Module sicher bis zum porten auf die neue Version wieder Ewigkeiten benötigen.
