Slax als Betriebssystem ohne Installation (Linux)

Habe gerade von Axel "Slax" empfohlen bekommen
(www.slax.org)

und bin sehr überzeugt.

Derzeit gibt es eine Version als iso-image zum booten von einer CD und eine Version für den USB-Stick.

USB-Geräte werden automatisch gemounted und insgesamt ist der Komfort sehr hoch.
Lediglich beim schreiben auf externe USB-Festplatten hatte ich Probleme, vermute es liegt am NTFS-Format. USB-Stick funktionierte problemlos, habe daher nicht weiter getestet.

Insgesamt ein perfektes Tool, wenn der PC mal wieder nocht richtig booten will, von einem Virus befallen ist oder ähnliches.
Slax starten und schon kann man seine Dateien schnell und einfach sichern!
