Do you also receive the following warning message in Drupal (for example when using Drush): "Remove orphaned action XY"? But nowhere is an option to achieve that?
I finally found a solution here, which is further described / discuessed here!
Just open the URL: {YOUR_URL}/admin/settings/actions/orphan or without rewrite: {YOUR_URL}?q=admin/settings/actions/orphan to solve the problem.
But keep in mind: There will be no notice, which tells you, that these actions have been removed. Anyway, the main point is: It solves the problem!
